dormakaba USA, Inc. is seeking a remote Business Development Manager (healthcare) to drive sales across North Carolina, South Carolina and Georgia. Base salary in the $100,000–$120,000 range plus a sales incentive and comprehensive benefits.

The role focuses on developing territory plans, achieving sales targets, and growing healthcare-focused access control solutions with support from the sales team and healthcare clients.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 5+ years of healthcare facilities sales or facilities management experience.
• Experience selling to healthcare customers and collaborating with architects/GCs.
• Experience with CRM software (Salesforce.com).
• Ability to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Develop a territory and account plan for the assigned region.
• Meet and exceed sales targets through effective execution of the sales plan.
• Sell entrance, hardware and access control solutions to healthcare customers.
• Grow maintenance contracts, billable service calls and healthcare specifications.
• Collaborate with other sales staff to meet customer needs and sales goals.
• Capture maintenance agreements after new product installations.
