This role is remote, preferably based in North Carolina, South Carolina, or Georgia, and focuses on developing a sales strategy to generate repeat business and growth opportunities. The position offers a base salary range of 100,000 to 120,000 USD plus a sales incentive compensation plan and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• 5+ years of experience selling to healthcare facilities or working in Facilities Management.
• Experience selling to healthcare customers and coordinating with architects and general contractors.
• Proficient with Customer Relationship Management software (e.g., Salesforce.com).
• Ability to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Develop a territory plan and account plans to manage the assigned territory.
• Meet sales targets through effective execution of the sales plan.
• Sell entrance, hardware, and access control solutions to healthcare customers.
• Grow maintenance contracts, billable service calls, and healthcare specifications for the territory.
• Collaborate with healthcare customers and internal sales teams to meet sales goals.
• Capture planned maintenance agreements after new product installations.
