Job summary
dormakaba is seeking a Business Development Manager (healthcare) to drive sales and profitability in the Southeast and Texas market. This remote role offers a base salary with incentive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package.
Responsibilities include developing territory plans, hitting sales targets, and growing healthcare maintenance contracts while coordinating with sales teams and architects. Travel up to 50% is required.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in healthcare sales or facilities management.
- Experience selling to healthcare customers and collaborating with architects/contractors.
- Experience with Salesforce.com (CRM).
- Ability to travel up to 50%.
Responsibilities
- Develop territory and account plans for assigned territory.
- Meet sales targets through execution of the sales plan.
- Sell entrance, hardware, and access control solutions to healthcare customers.
- Grow planned maintenance contracts and service calls in the territory.
- Attend healthcare customer meetings on-site or virtually to build relationships.
- Collaborate with dormakaba staff to secure maintenance agreements after installations.
