dormakaba Americas is seeking a remote-based Business Development Manager (healthcare) to drive sales growth in the Southeast and Texas healthcare markets. You will develop territory and account plans, meet targets, and sell access control solutions to healthcare customers, while expanding maintenance and service contracts.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in healthcare sales or facilities management, strong CRM skills (Salesforce), and are ready to travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industry experience selling to healthcare facilities or working in Facilities Management.
• Experience selling to healthcare customers and supporting architects and general contractors.
• Proficiency with Customer Relationship Management Software such as Salesforce.com.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Develop a territory plan and account plans to manage the assigned territory.
• Meet sales targets through effective execution of the sales plan.
• Sell entrance, hardware, and access control solutions to healthcare customers.
• Grow maintenance contracts, billable service calls, and healthcare specs for the territory.
• Collaborate with healthcare customers and sales team to meet goals.
• Capture maintenance agreements after new product installations.
