Job summary
Dormakaba USA, Inc. is seeking a Business Development Manager (healthcare) to drive sales and profitability in the healthcare market.
This remote role prefers candidates in North Carolina, South Carolina, or Georgia, with a base salary of $100,000–$120,000 plus incentive compensation and a competitive benefits package. You will develop territory and account plans, meet sales targets, and sell entrance, hardware, and access control solutions to healthcare customers while growing maintenance
Qualifications
- High School Diploma required.
- 5+ years selling to healthcare facilities or facilities management.
- Experience selling to healthcare customers and collaborating with architects/general contractors.
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM.
- Willingness to travel up to 50%.
Responsibilities
- Develop a territory and account plans to manage the assigned territory.
- Meet sales targets through effective execution of the sales plan.
- Sell entrance, hardware, and access control solutions to healthcare customers.
- Grow maintenance contracts, billable service calls, and healthcare specs in territory.
- Collaborate with healthcare customers in meetings on-site or virtually; work with sales team to meet goals.
- Coordinate with dormakaba staff to capture maintenance agreements after installations.
