Job summary

dormakaba seeks a Business Development Manager (healthcare) to drive sales remotely in the Southeast U.S. You will manage the Texas market, develop strategies to grow profitability, and expand healthcare contracts while delivering customer satisfaction and repeat business.

The role includes base salary range of $100,000–$120,000 with sales incentives and a robust benefits package. Travel up to 50% is required, with strong collaboration across the sales team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• 5+ years of healthcare facilities sales or facilities management experience.
• Experience selling to healthcare customers and working with architects/GCs.
• Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Develop territory and account plans for the assigned territory.
• Meet sales targets through effective execution of the sales plan.
• Sell entrance, hardware, and access control solutions to healthcare customers.
• Grow maintenance contracts, billable service calls, and healthcare specifications.
• Attend healthcare customer meetings on-site and virtually; build relationships and drive goals.
• Collaborate with team to capture maintenance agreements after new installations.
