Accendra Health is seeking a Branch Coordinator to deliver superior patient service by phone and in person. You will ensure orders are processed timely, verify insurance, obtain authorizations, and assist with billing.

This role supports a nationwide network and contributes to accurate payment collection while coordinating with the branch team and health care providers. The position emphasizes organization, multi-tasking, and strong communication to support patients and caregivers through the

Competenze

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least one-year related work experience.

Mansioni

• Act as first point of contact to patients arriving in person.
• Answer inbound calls from customers on a multi-line phone system and provide information to patients.
• Process branch orders, review systems, confirm deliveries, verify insurance and obtain authorizations.
• Gather documentation to meet insurance guidelines and assist with billing.
• Collect payments and reconcile daily receivables.
