Accendra Health is seeking a Branch Coordinator to deliver exceptional customer service by phone and in person, ensuring orders are received and processed accurately. You will work with patients, providers, and the branch team to meet insurance guidelines and maximize benefits.

This role focuses on timely processing, documentation collection, and coordinating with the sales/referrals to support patient care and billing efficiency. A professional, patient-centered approach is required.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• At least one year related work experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills essential.

Mansioni

• Be the first point of contact for patients arriving in person.
• Answer inbound calls and provide information; troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Process orders, verify insurance, obtain authorizations, and bill insurance plans.
