Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• At least one year related work experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for patients arriving in person.
• Answer inbound calls and provide information; troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Process orders, verify insurance, obtain authorizations, and bill insurance plans.
