You will verify insurance, obtain authorizations, manage payments, and collaborate with patients, providers, and referrals to meet documentation requirements for timely reimbursement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of related work experience.
• No certificates, licenses, or registrations required.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients arriving in person and answer inbound calls on a multi-line system.
• Process new orders, review multiple systems, verify insurance, and obtain authorizations as required.
• Collect credit card payments, reconcile daily receivables, and bill health insurance plans.
