Accendra Health is seeking a Branch Coordinator to deliver exemplary customer service to patients and caregivers by phone and in person. You will ensure orders are received and processed accurately, assist with insurance verification, and help secure documentation required to bill health plans.

A collaborative role with the branch team and sales is essential. This position focuses on patient contact, order processing, and coordinating with insurance payors to maximize benefits.

Formación

• Customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to process orders and verify insurance
• Accurate data entry and billing support

Responsabilidades

• Act as first point of contact to patients arriving in person.
• Answer inbound calls from customers on a multi-line phone system and provide information.
• Process branch orders, review multiple systems, confirm delivery appointments, and verify insurance.
• Gather documentation to meet insurance guidelines and obtain plan authorizations.
• Review patient accounts and bill health insurance plans; collect payments and reconcile receivables.
• Perform outbound calls for customer satisfaction and assist with equipment downloads and tests.
