Accendra Health is seeking a Branch Coordinator to deliver excellent customer service by phone and in person. You will manage orders, verify insurance, obtain authorizations, and collect payments while coordinating with the branch team and providers to ensure timely processing and accurate billing.

The role emphasizes patient-focused service, problem solving, and teamwork in a multi-system environment. Strong communication and computer skills are essential for success.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least one-year related work experience.
• No certificates, licenses, registrations or professional designations required.

Mansioni

• Act as first point of contact to patients arriving in person.
• Answer inbound calls from customers on a multi-line phone system; provide information and resolve issues.
• Process orders, review systems, confirm delivery, verify insurance, obtain authorizations per payor guidelines.
• Gather documentation with referrals and patients to meet insurance guidelines.
• Request health plan authorizations/information as required; electronically or verbally.
• Review patient accounts and bill health insurance plans with required documentation.
• Collect credit card payments and reconcile daily receivables.
• Perform outbound patient and referral satisfaction calls.
• May download data from devices and perform basic functional tests.
