Job summary

Accendra Health is seeking a Branch Coordinator to deliver excellent customer service by phone and in person, ensuring orders are received and processed accurately. You will verify insurance, obtain authorizations, collect payments and help bill health plans, working with patients and the branch team to support timely care.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma and at least one year of related experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask across several systems

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of related work experience.
• No certificates, licenses, or registrations required.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact to patients arriving in person.
• Answer inbound calls on a multi-line phone system and assist patients and referrals.
• Process branch orders and verify insurance and authorizations.
• Collect payments and reconcile daily receivables.
• Gather documentation to bill health insurance plans.
• Perform outbound patient satisfaction calls.
• May assist with downloading data from devices and basic tests.
