Accendra Health is hiring a Branch Coordinator to support patients in person and by phone, ensuring timely processing of orders and accurate billing while coordinating with providers and the branch team.

The role involves verifying insurance, obtaining authorizations, and collecting payments. It requires strong communication, multi-tasking, and computer skills in a healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year related work experience; healthcare/call center preferred.
• Experience handling patient data and insurance processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact to patients arriving in person.
• Answer inbound calls and provide information, troubleshoot, and escalate as needed.
• Process orders, review systems, confirm delivery appointments, verify insurance, and obtain authorizations.
• Gather documentation to meet insurance guidelines and bill health plans.
• Collect payments, reconcile receivables, and submit to lockbox.
• Perform outbound patient and referral satisfaction calls.
• May perform data entry and device downloads when required.
