Accendra Health is hiring a Branch Coordinator to deliver exceptional customer service to patients and providers by phone and in person. You will process orders, verify insurance, obtain authorizations, and coordinate documentation to ensure timely billing and accurate payments.

The role involves multi-line phone handling, working with the branch team, and supporting daily operations in a healthcare environment. Competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of related work experience.
• English language proficiency (reading, writing, verbal).

Responsabilités

• Answer inbound calls on a multi-line phone system and assist patients and referrals.
• Process branch orders, verify insurance and authorization per payor guidelines.
• Gather documentation from referrals and coordinate with billing to ensure proper billing.
• Collect payments, reconcile receivables, and submit to lock box.
• Perform outbound patient satisfaction calls and assist with device monitoring tasks.
