Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls on a multi-line system and assist patients.
• Process new orders, verify insurance, and obtain authorizations.
• Coordinate with sales, referrals and patients to meet insurance guidelines.
• Collect payments and reconcile daily receivables.
• Provide outbound satisfaction calls and support billing.
