Formación

• At least one year of related work experience.

Responsabilidades

• Act as first point of contact to patients arriving in person.
• Answer inbound calls and provide information to patients, troubleshoot issues and coordinate with branch team.
• Process orders, review systems, confirm delivery, verify insurance and obtain authorization per payor guidelines.
• Gather documentation to meet insurance guidelines and obtain health plan authorizations as needed.
• Review patient accounts and bill health insurance plans.
• Collect payments, reconcile receivables, and submit to lock box.
• Perform outbound patient satisfaction calls.
