You will verify insurance, obtain authorizations, and coordinate with sales and referrals to gather needed documentation. The role involves payments processing and occasional equipment-related tasks, supporting patient care across the branch.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year related work experience.
• Experience with multi-line phone systems.
• Ability to work with multiple systems simultaneously.
• Proficient English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Basic math skills.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as first point of contact for patients arriving in person or by phone.
• Process branch orders, verify delivery appointments, and assist customers across systems.
• Verify insurance and obtain authorizations per payor guidelines.
• Gather documentation from referrals to bill health plans.
• Collect payments and reconcile daily receivables.
• Make outbound satisfaction calls to patients and referrals.
