Advocate Health is seeking an experienced BI/Analytics lead to independently configure, monitor, and maintain BI platforms and services across healthcare environments. You will ensure performance, security, and governance while mentoring junior analysts.

The role emphasizes Epic Cogito expertise, ServiceNow ITIL experience, and a strong background in healthcare data analytics, with remote collaboration and occasional travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Epic Cogito certifications required; plan to obtain missing Epic Cogito certifications within 5 months.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience with Epic Cogito and/or BI tools.
• Experience with Epic Cogito Systems, project management, communications, and system utilization monitoring/auditing.
• Experience with ServiceNow ITIL and SPM modules.
• Strong background in data and analytics in the healthcare industry.

Responsabilités

• Configure, test, monitor, and maintain analytical and operational BI platforms, systems, and servers.
• Monitor BI tools for performance and usage, ensuring content adherence to policies and best practices.
• Train analysts and end users on BI/reporting tools and manage upgrades/changes.
• Provide support for BI/reporting systems, including maintenance, security changes, testing, and license provisioning.
• Manage security and access in BI systems per policy; consolidate security configurations.
• Manage analytics content lifecycle, auditing creation, monitoring usage, and retiring content.
• Independently manage project work using appropriate tools and methodologies.
• Stay informed about healthcare IT trends to drive innovation and professional growth.
• Mentor junior team members in BI/reporting administration.
