Advocate Health seeks a Senior BI/Analytics Engineer to independently configure, monitor, and maintain analytical BI platforms and supporting systems. You will ensure performance, security, and governance while educating analysts and end users on BI tooling and best practices.

You will mentor junior staff, stay current with EHR/BI trends, and help manage large healthcare IT projects within a remote-capable environment. Epic Cogito experience is required or pursued with plan to certify.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience with Epic Cogito and BI tools.
• Epic Cogito certifications preferred; Cogito Tools Administration, Cogito Project Manager, Caboodle/Clarity certifications advantageous.
• Typically 5–7 years of experience with Epic applications and BI tools.
• Willingness to obtain additional Epic Cogito certifications within 5 months of starting.

Responsabilidades

• Configure, test, monitor, and maintain BI platforms, systems, and servers to meet operational needs.
• Monitor BI tools for optimal performance and governance of content.
• Provide end-user training and create job aids for BI/reporting usage and upgrades.
• Manage BI/reporting system maintenance, security changes, licensing, and on-call support.
• Audit analytics content lifecycle to avoid duplication and retire outdated content.
