Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalency required.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Access and other software programs.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Verify beneficiary eligibility through an electronic system.
• Update demographic information in records.
• Schedule primary or specialty care appointments and handle cancellations or rescheduling.
• Make outbound calls to facilitate scheduling of specialty, preventive, and reminder appointments.
