Job summary

Milliman MedInsight seeks a Client Success Manager to act as the primary liaison for clients from implementation to production. You will ensure contractual obligations are met, maintain client satisfaction, and help clients realize measurable value from MedInsight products and services.

The role requires healthcare data expertise, strong communication, and ability to work with Databricks and Azure in a cloud-based environment. Remote US work is considered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of data analytics, healthcare data, or related field.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams to translate client needs into clear requirements.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day client operations, tickets, and data refreshes.
• Coordinate with client engineering teams to ensure timely support and status updates.
• Identify opportunities to improve client outcomes and drive data-driven decisions.
• Communicate requirements and priorities clearly to engineering and clients.
