Job summary

Milliman MedInsight seeks a Client Success Manager to support clients from implementation through production, ensuring contractual obligations are met and day-to-day operations run smoothly.

You will translate analytic outputs into actionable insights, navigate MedInsight platform and cloud tools, and collaborate with US and India teams to coordinate client support and outcomes. A strong healthcare analytics background and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, health care, or related field.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams to translate client needs into clear requirements.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to learn and navigate a variety of technical tools to review and analyze client data.
• Experience with healthcare payer or ACO data and EHR/claims data (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day client operations, tickets, and data refreshes.
• Coordinate system updates and communicate release notifications to clients.
• Engage with clients regularly to identify opportunities and drive value.
• Collaborate with client engineering teams to coordinate support and outcomes.
