Milliman, Inc.'s MedInsight division is seeking a Client Success Manager to guide clients from implementation through production, ensuring contractual obligations are met and measurable value is delivered.

The role requires strong healthcare data expertise, ability to translate analytic outputs into actionable insights, and collaboration with client engineering teams across the US and India; remote work within the United States is considered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, healthcare, or related field
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams to translate client needs into clear requirements
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong administrative and project management skills
• Ability to learn and navigate a variety of technical tools to review and analyze client data
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and collaboration across teams

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day client operations and ticket handling
• Coordinate system updates and data refreshes with clients and engineering
• Communicate release notifications and ensure SLAs are met
• Identify opportunities to improve client outcomes and drive adoption
• Collaborate with client engineering teams in the US and India to coordinate support
