Job summary

Milliman MedInsight is seeking a Client Success Manager to guide clients from implementation through production, ensuring contractual obligations are met and value is realized from our analytics platform. You will translate complex data into actionable insights and work with cross-functional teams to support client outcomes.

The role requires healthcare data expertise, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a cloud-based environment across US clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• 5+ years of data analytics, healthcare, or related field.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams to translate needs into requirements.
• Strong organizational, administrative and project management skills.
• Ability to navigate Databricks and cloud platforms, especially Azure.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day client operations and ticket handling.
• Coordinate system updates and data refreshes; communicate releases.
• Collaborate with client engineering teams to ensure timely support.
• Translate analytic outputs into clear, actionable client insights.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve outcomes and adoption.
