Job summary

MedInsight, a Milliman subsidiary, is seeking a Client Success Manager to guide healthcare clients from implementation to production, ensuring value from our analytics platform.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, leverage Databricks and Azure, analyze data, and translate outputs into actionable insights while maintaining client satisfaction.

This role may involve US-based travel and remote work, with a comprehensive benefits package and flexible work options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, 5+ years in data analytics/healthcare.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams to translate client needs into requirements.
• Ability to learn and navigate a variety of technical tools and healthcare analytics.
• Strong communication and client-facing deliverables.
• Experience with Databricks and cloud platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure.
• Familiarity with healthcare payer or ACO data; exposure to EHR/claims data.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day client operations, ticket mgmt, data refreshes, and release notifications; meet SLAs.
• Collaborate with clients to identify opportunities, drive data-driven decisions, and optimize data processes.
• Coordinate with client engineering teams in US and India; communicate timelines and priorities.
