Job summary

Milliman seeks a Client Success Manager to guide healthcare organizations through the MedInsight platform from implementation to production, ensuring contractual obligations and value realization.

You will translate analytic outputs into actionable insights, collaborate with client engineering teams in the US and India, and maintain data-driven client success across cloud-based environments. Travel may be required occasionally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, health care, or related field.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams to translate client needs into clear requirements.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day client operations, including ticket management and data refreshes; ensure SLAs are met.
• Collaborate with clients to identify opportunities to improve outcomes and drive data-driven decisions.
• Coordinate with client engineering teams (US and India) to align requirements, timelines, and priorities.
