Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Account Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for clients and oversee day-to-day PBM operations. You will act as the liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure accurate, responsive, and professional service.

Responsibilities include handling routine to complex requests, delivering practical solutions, and meeting deadlines and guarantees. Travel up to 20% is required as part of this role.

Qualifications

• 4 years of experience in a client services-based environment or previous account management experience.
• Prior healthcare experience managing insurance, healthcare, or benefit accounts.
• Experience with Medicaid, Commercial, and/or Medicare Part D Plans.

Responsibilities

• Manage the resolution status of routine to complex client requests and business requirements.
• Drive practical and creative solutions, thinking through complex situations to reach optimal outcomes.
• Work within deadlines and meet client guarantees.
• Ensure timely resolution and that client performance guarantees are met.
