CVS Health in the United States is seeking an Account Manager to serve as the primary contact for clients, overseeing day-to-day PBM operations and ensuring timely delivery of requests. You will bridge clients with cross-functional teams, translating needs into action and maintaining professional, proactive communication.

Travel up to 20% may be required. A bachelor’s degree and 4+ years in client services/account management, plus strong organizational and communication skills, are preferred.

Qualifications

• 4 years of experience in a client services-based environment or previous account management experience
• Excellent organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written interpersonal communication skills
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Able to be on camera for meetings with reliable attendance

Responsabilités

• Account Managers are the clients main point of contact and oversee all day-to-day PBM operations
• Act as liaison between clients and cross-functional internal teams to ensure timely delivery of requests
• Maintain high-level client service through accuracy, responsiveness, reliability, and professionalism
