Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Account Manager to serve as the primary client contact and oversee day-to-day PBM operations. You will liaise between clients and cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery, maintain high-quality client service, and build long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders.

The role requires travel up to 20%, strong organizational and communication skills, and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Qualifications

• 4 years of experience in a client services-based environment or account management.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
• Able to be on camera for meetings with reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Issue tracking - engaging internal departments and client resources to work on outstanding issues from start to resolution while providing routine updates to the client.
• Driving Practical & Creative Solutions - critically thinking about complex situations to find optimal outcome.
• Engaging Appropriate Resources - discuss information at varying degrees of complexity and engage internal or client resources best appropriate to drive issue resolution.
• Work within deadlines and client guarantees - drive resolution within a timely manner and ensure that all Client Performance Guarantees are met.
