Health Care Service Corporation is seeking an Account Manager to serve as the primary contact for assigned customers and brokers, building strong relationships while supporting retention, service delivery, renewals, and satisfaction.

This role partners closely with clients, brokers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders to address customer needs, resolve issues, coordinate benefit-related activities, and ensure successful implementation and ongoing management.

Qualifications

• 2 years of work experience as a health care management Marketing Service Representative OR 5 years in sales/marketing/health insurance coordinating services.
• Knowledge of group health products and implementation processes.
• Licenses: Life and Health State Health Insurance licenses within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted partner and primary contact for assigned customers and broker relationships.
• Manage day-to-day account servicing activities and inquiries.
• Support account retention and renewal strategies through proactive engagement.
• Coordinate new account implementations, renewals, and enrollment activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex service issues.
• Prepare account reports, contractual documentation, and customer communications.
• Maintain accurate customer records and account data.
• Facilitate customer meetings and enrollment sessions.
• Identify customer needs and recommend solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and company policies.
• Support special projects contributing to retention and growth.
