HealthcareLive is hiring an Account Manager in the United States. The role combines relationship ownership with commercial responsibility for retention and growth, working closely with clinical, operations, and billing teams to deliver strong customer experience.

You will manage an assigned portfolio of employer customers, build strategic account plans, and conduct business reviews to identify expansion opportunities and prevent renewal risk.

Qualifications

• Two years of account management or related experience.
• Proven ability to retain customers and grow accounts.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfort discussing revenue and presenting business reviews.

Responsibilities

• Own relationships with an assigned portfolio of employer customers.
• Build account plans identifying customer priorities, service adoption and renewal risks.
• Conduct regular customer meetings and business reviews using service and revenue data.
• Identify opportunities to add locations, increase utilization, or introduce additional services.
• Lead expansion discussions and coordinate proposals with internal teams.
• Work with clinical, operations, and billing teams to resolve issues and keep customers informed.
• Partner with Billing on account concerns while focusing on retention and growth.
• Maintain accurate account records, renewal forecasts, and expansion opportunities in the CRM.
