Job summary

United Health Centers is seeking a Health Center Supervisor in Delano, CA to direct and coordinate staff and daily operations. You will oversee both Front Office and Back Office, ensuring excellent customer service, quality care, and cost-effective operations.

Under the Health Center Manager, you will address scheduling, patient flow, and staff performance, providing coaching and participating in hiring and evaluations. A strong focus on policy adherence and operational readiness is essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred in business or health care administration.
• Experience in supervision or management is preferred.
• Bilingual ability is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Direct, supervise, and coordinate staff and day-to-day operations for the health center.
• Manage daily operations of Front Office and Back Office.
• Respond to scheduling errors, patient flow bottlenecks, and patient concerns.
• Provide coaching, training, and staff development under Health Center Manager.
• Participate in interview process and selection of new personnel for Front/Back Office.
• Monitor staff performance and assist with evaluations and promotions.
