Qualificações

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree is preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management or supervisory experience is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Direct, supervise and coordinate staff and day-to-day operations for the health center.
• Manage front office and back office operations and patient flow to meet productivity goals.
• Monitor staff performance and provide coaching, training and development with the Health Center Manager.
• Participate in interviews for new personnel and assist with performance evaluations.
• Ensure adherence to customer service standards and accurate cash/copay processing.
