Job summary

United Health Centers of the San Joaquin Valley is seeking a Health Center Supervisor to direct, supervise, and coordinate staff and daily operations for an assigned health center. Under the Health Center Manager, you will ensure quality patient care, manage front and back office operations, and address scheduling and patient flow issues in real time.

The role requires leadership, customer-service orientation, strong computer skills, and the ability to coach and develop staff.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required. Associates Degree in Business Administration, Health Care Administration, or a related field is preferred. Experience in lieu of degree may be applied for this position.

Responsibilities

• Direct, supervise, and coordinate staff and day-to-day operations for assigned health center.
• Manage Front Office and Back Office operations and patient flow.
• Respond to issues (scheduling errors, patient concerns, etc.) and escalate to Health Center Manager as needed.
• Ensure adherence to customer service standards and quality of work.
• Monitor staff performance and assist with evaluations.
• Participate in interview process for new personnel.
• Coordinate site audits/visits readiness with Health Center Manager.
