Job summary

United Health Centers of the San Joaquin Valley is hiring a Health Center Supervisor to direct, supervise and coordinate staff and daily operations for the center, ensuring customer service, quality and cost-effective care.

Under the Health Center Manager, you will manage Front Office and Back Office, respond to issues, monitor patient flow, and support performance evaluations and staff development while upholding UHC policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Associates Degree in Business Administration, Health Care Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in lieu of degree may be applied for this position.

Responsibilities

• Manage Front Office and Back Office operations.
• Direct staff and day-to-day operations to provide outstanding customer service and quality care.
• Respond to scheduling errors, patient flow bottlenecks, and employee relations issues.
• Provide coaching, training and staff development with Health Center Manager.
• Participate in interviewing and hiring of new staff.
• Monitor cash/cost deposits and daily site deposits.
• Interface with other departments to ensure operational effectiveness.
