Job summary

United Health Centers is seeking a Health Center Supervisor to direct, supervise and coordinate staff and day-to-day operations for the health center, under the Health Center Manager. You will oversee both Front Office and Back Office, addressing scheduling, patient flow, and staff concerns to ensure quality, service and cost-effective care.

The position requires leadership, strong customer service, and the ability to coach and develop staff.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates Degree preferred in Business Administration or Healthcare Administration.
• Experience in supervision is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct, supervise, and coordinate staff and daily operations.
• Manage Front Office and Back Office workflows.
• Monitor patient flow and scheduling accuracy.
• Provide coaching and performance feedback to staff.
• Assist with interviews and staff hiring.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Address issues such as scheduling errors and patient concerns.
