Job summary

United Health Centers in California is seeking a Health Center Supervisor to direct, supervise, and coordinate staff and day-to-day operations for the center, ensuring quality patient care and efficient service.

Under the Health Center Manager, you will oversee front and back office operations, handle scheduling, patient flow, and staff performance, and contribute to process improvements and audits while maintaining UHC policies and high customer service standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates Degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management or supervisory experience preferred.
• Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish) but not required.

Responsibilities

• Direct, supervise, and coordinate staff and day-to-day operations.
• Oversee Front Office and Back Office operations.
• Manage scheduling, patient flow, and provider templates.
• Support performance evaluations and staff development.
• Participate in interviews for new personnel.
• Ensure compliance with policies and site audits.
