Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree preferred.
Minimum 1 year of management or supervisory experience.
Excellent customer-service orientation and communication skills.
Ability to supervise Front Office and Back Office staff, and manage patient flow.
Responsibilities
Direct, supervise, and coordinate staff and day-to-day operations for the health center.
Proactively manage provider appointment schedules and templates.
Maintain patient flow in clinic to support productivity standards.
Monitor staff performance and assist with evaluations.
Participate in interview process for new personnel with the Health Center Manager.
Plan and evaluate assignments to ensure adequate coverage for quality care.
Communicate operational updates and process improvements to the Health Center Manager.
Provide coaching and staff development as needed.
