Job summary

Insomniac is seeking a Ground Control and Headliner Experience Team Member to ensure an exceptional headliner experience at major dance events. The role reports to Ground Control and Headliner Experience Managers and involves crowd support, safety, and clear communication.

The position requires radio proficiency, customer service experience, physical stamina for long shifts, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Travel to event sites is common.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Experience using radios and ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to interact professionally and de-escalate situations.

Responsibilities

• Welcome attendees at entrances and announce Ground Control presence.
• Operate two-way radio and respond to calls.
• Assist distressed individuals and provide evacuation guidance.
• Share event information with attendees.
• Support Headliners with directions using megaphones.
