Qualifications

• Senior Web Experience Design role with 3+ years of people management.
• Experience with ecommerce, growth, conversion optimization or transactional digital experiences.
• Deep expertise in UX/UI design, information architecture, accessibility and responsive design.
• Strong collaboration and communication; ability to influence senior leaders.
• Portfolio required to be considered.

Responsibilities

• Set the vision for Cengage’s web experience and UX/UI strategy.
• Lead and mentor a design team to improve discovery, engagement, ecommerce.
• Partner with Product, Marketing, Analytics, and Engineering for experiments.
• Drive continuous optimization across acquisition to engagement.
• Align design decisions with customer and business outcomes.
• Stay ahead of AI-enabled experiences and new design tech.
