• Partner with Product, Marketing, Analytics, and Engineering for rapid prototyping and testing.
• Advance ecommerce and conversion experiences across the customer journey.
• Design cohesive experiences from acquisition to engagement.
• Use data to identify opportunities and prioritize improvements.
• Build a culture of continuous optimization and measurable results.
• Stay ahead of evolving web design practices including AI-enabled experiences.
• Develop design talent and mentor team members.
