Job summary

Artha is seeking a Head of Sales & Distribution to architect and lead the commercial strategy for wealth-management and institutional clients. This remote, leadership role requires hands-on prospecting, deal closure, and building a scalable go-to-market motion in collaboration with founders and product leadership.

You will own the sales strategy, partnerships, and narrative, shaping the positioning of Artha’s portfolio intelligence platform for RIAs, family offices, and institutional investors.

Qualifications

• Meaningful experience selling WealthTech or investment technology.
• Established relationships across RIAs, family offices, and institutional investors.
• Proven track record of personally generating pipeline and closing meaningful business.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute a scalable sales strategy across RIAs, family offices, and institutions.
• Personally source opportunities, run discovery, and close deals.
• Develop strategic distribution partnerships and channel programs.
• Define positioning, messaging, and sales collateral with product and marketing teams.
• Establish a repeatable sales process and CRM discipline.
