Job summary

Fuze Health Inc. is seeking a Product Manager for FuzeRx to define and deliver product initiatives advancing patient care, pharmacy operations, and growth. You will own the roadmap, partner with engineering, design, clinical, and data teams, and translate needs into clear specs for impactful features.

The role emphasizes collaboration in agile environments, regulatory awareness, and building products for pharmacy and healthcare services. Remote options are limited; travel is not required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Health Informatics, or related field.
• ~2+ years in Product Management or similar product-adjacent role.
• Experience shipping features with Engineering in an agile environment.
• Clear, concise specs writing and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience building products for pharmacy or healthcare services.
• Familiarity with data-driven personalization, automation, or AI-enabled capabilities.
• Ability to identify technical risks and articulate technical requirements

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for your product area in collaboration with key stakeholders.
• Translate business, clinical, and operational needs into clear product requirements.
• Lead feature discussions with customers, engineers, and cross-functional partners.
• Triages features and requests, aligning engineering work with user impact.
• Articulate technical requirements and flag design risks early.
• Consider regulatory and operational healthcare constraints in design decisions
