Fuze Health Inc. is seeking a Product Manager for FuzeRx to define and deliver product initiatives that advance patient care, pharmacy operations, and growth. You will partner with Engineering, Design, Clinical, Pharmacy Operations, Data, and Business teams to solve real patient and partner problems.

The role prioritizes data-driven feature discovery, regulatory awareness, and effective stakeholder communication within a fast-paced digital health environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Health Informatics, or related field or practical experience.
• 2+ years in Product Management or product-adjacent roles.
• Experience shipping product features with Engineering in agile environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication for specs and discussions.
• Experience building products for pharmacy, healthcare services, or medication management platforms.
• Familiarity with data-driven personalization, automation, or AI-enabled product capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Own the roadmap for your product area and partner with Engineering, Design, Clinical, Pharmacy Ops, Data, and Business stakeholders.
• Translate business, clinical, and operational needs into clear product requirements and specs.
• Drive feature discussions with customers, engineers, and cross-functional partners.
• Triaging features, bugs, and requests; connect engineering work to end-user experience.
• Articulate technical requirements and flag risks in design choices.
• Build awareness of regulatory and operational constraints in healthcare and pharmacy.
