Fuze Health Inc. is seeking a Product Manager for the FuzeRx product to own the roadmap and collaborate across Engineering, Design, Clinical, Pharmacy Operations, Data, and Business.

You will translate clinical and operational needs into precise product specs and drive feature discussions with cross-functional partners to deliver meaningful patient care improvements. You will navigate regulatory constraints in healthcare and pharmacy, build features with data-driven personalization or AI-enabled

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business, CS, Engineering, Health Informatics, or related field.
• 2+ years in Product Management or product-adjacent roles.
• Experience shipping features with Engineering in agile environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication for clear specs.
• Experience building healthcare/pharmacy products.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled or data-driven product capabilities.
• Ability to identify technical risks and articulate API requirements.
