BairesDev is seeking a Head of B2B Events to design and execute invitation-only executive experiences for senior technology leaders. Remote role based in US or Canada (Pacific Coast preferred) with travel to the US and abroad.

You will own concepts, venues, guest lists, budgets, and ROI, partnering with CEO and sales teams. Requires 6+ years in marketing and 4+ years in B2B events, Bachelor's degree, and strong English.

Qualifikationen

• 6+ years in marketing
• 4+ years in B2B event marketing or corporate events
• Experience producing invitation-only experiences for C-level and VP buyers
• 4+ years running events targeting US B2B buyers
• Experience producing events with a CEO/founder host
• Bachelor's degree required
• Based in the US or Canada, Pacific Coast preferred (CA, OR, WA)
• Advanced proficiency in English

Aufgaben

• Design and produce executive experiences end to end (private dinners, suites, hospitality)
• Set invitation strategy with senior leaders and build invite lists
• Manage budgets, contracts, venues, agencies, and vendors
• Track ROI and pipeline, report results to leadership
• Build annual signature events calendar and repeatable playbook
• Travel regularly to host events in US and abroad
