Job summary

BairesDev is hiring a Head of B2B Events to design and run invitation‑only experiences for senior technology executives, hosted by our CEO and commercial teams. You will own concept, venue, vendors, guest lists, budgets and on‑site hosting.

This remote role is based in the US or Canada (Pacific Coast preferred) with travel to the US and abroad. A Bachelor's degree is required, and you should have 6+ years in marketing, including 4+ years in B2B event marketing.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in marketing, of which 4+ years in B2B event marketing or corporate events at B2B companies
• Personally produced invitation‑only experiences for C‑level and VP buyers (10-50 guests) such as private dinners or suites
• 4+ years running events aimed at US B2B buyers
• Experience producing events with CEO or senior executive as host
• Bachelor's degree required

Responsibilities

• Design and produce signature executive experiences end to end, hosted by the CEO or account teams
• Set invitation strategy with senior leaders and build invite lists with commercial teams
• Manage events budget, contracts, venues, vendors, and on-site hosting
• Track attendees and pipelines, report ROI to marketing and leadership
• Build annual calendar and repeatable playbook for events
• Travel regularly to host events in the US and abroad
