Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Head of B2B Events to design and execute invitation-only executive experiences for senior technology leaders, hosted by the CEO and account teams. You will own concept, venue, vendors, invitations, budgets and on-site hosting, with travel across the US and abroad.

Remote role based in the US or Canada (Pacific Coast preferred); you will build a repeatable events calendar and track ROI within CRM, reporting to marketing and sales leadership. Strong English required.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in marketing, with 4+ years in B2B event marketing or corporate events.
• Produced invitation-only experiences for C-level and VP buyers (10–50 guests).
• 4+ years running events aimed at US B2B buyers.
• Experience producing events outside home city, incl. international/destination events.
• Experience hosting events with a CEO or senior executive as host.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce signature executive experiences end to end.
• Set invitation strategy, build guest lists with commercial teams, ABM, and target accounts.
• Manage budgets, contracts, venues, vendors, and cost per attendee.
• Measure results via attendees, follow-ups, and pipeline; report ROI to leadership.
