Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Head of B2B Events to design and run invitation-only experiences for senior technology executives, hosted by our CEO and account teams. You will own concept, venue, vendors, guest lists, budgets, and on-site hosting, traveling regularly to the US and abroad.

The role is remote for candidates in the US or Canada (Pacific Coast preferred). You will lead end-to-end event programs, measure ROI, and collaborate with marketing and sales leadership to generate meetings and

Qualifications

• 6+ years in marketing with 4+ years in B2B event marketing.
• Proven track record producing invitation-only executive events.
• 4+ years US B2B events experience.
• Experience with CEO/Founder as host.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Based in US or Canada, Pacific Coast preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute executive experiences end to end.
• Build invitation lists and manage personalized invitations.
• Manage budgets, contracts, and vendors.
• Track attendance and pipeline impact.
• Create annual events calendar and playbook.
• Travel regularly to host events in US and abroad.
