Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Head of B2B Events to design and run invitation-only experiences for senior technology executives. You will own concepts, venues, vendors, and invitation strategies, partnering with marketing and sales to drive pipeline.

Based in the US or Canada with regular travel, you will lead end-to-end events, measure ROI, and coach teams on best practices. A Bachelor's degree and global perspective are essential.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in marketing, with 4+ years in B2B event marketing.
• Experience producing invitation-only experiences for C-level and VP buyers.
• 4+ years running events targeting US B2B buyers.
• Based in US or Canada; Pacific Coast preferred; advanced English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce executive experiences end to end, hosted by leadership.
• Manage budgets, contracts, venues, hospitality, and vendors.
• Build and execute invitation strategies with senior teams and ABM.
• Track attendance, pipeline influence, and event ROI for leadership.
